INDYCAR 2 REALISM PROJECT
	Welcome to the Indycar 2 page for the Realism Project.
	Important note: On some computers systems the command file.exe -d works incorrectly and informs about corrupted ZIP files. So we decided to use only ZIP files for keeping updates. The command for running update is always: pkunzip -d file.zip Here is the link to pkunzip extractor: pkunzip.exe (ie. instead of 'i99r.exe' run 'pkunzip -d i99r.zip')
	Indycar 2 FedEx Season Patch installer This file contains the main program and documentation Note - we decided to put the intaller into simple self extracting file, to reduce the bandwith during the downloads. Simply download this file, copy it to your ICR2 dir and start it, by typing in the command line: pkunzip i99r.zip -d It will create I99real directory where you will find 1. Docs - documentations dir 2. i99real.exe - main util file 3. i99real.cal - setting data for each event - refer to documentation for more info 4. Races - races datas directory 5. i99real.txt - main doc file In CARS dir under your ICR2 installation you'll find Jeff McKeand's 1999 FedEx Carset 2.0 - with Jeff's permission we'll use it throught the year. Please take a look into 'i99real.txt' file, which explains quickly how to use this patch. Docs directory - there is some additional information and documents related to the main documentation NOTE: THIS install patch contains data for race No 1 - Homestead - we'll use track converted from Nascar 99

Simply copy the file into your ICR2 directory and start it by writing in the command line: pkunzip race6i2.zip -d If asked for overwriting old fedex99 carset - choose 'yes' ! Simply copy the file into your ICR2 directory and start it by writing in the command line: pkunzip race9i2.zip -d After installing it - please go to teh CARS/FEDEX99 directory and delete fedex99.org file, project will create new one after first running Race Update (Race Data) for Race 10 - Elkhart Lake Carset patch and race data files (32 kB) Simply copy the file into your ICR2 directory and start it by writing in the command line: pkunzip race10i2.zip -d Race Update (Race Data) for Race 11 - Toronto Carset patch and race data files (32 kB) Simply copy the file into your ICR2 directory and start it by writing in the command line: pkunzip race11i2.zip -d Indycar 2 FedEx Season Patch calendar file (up to race 11) This file will contain updated calendar with race data for each event. Please put it in your I99real directory.
