Locate the 'patch' program which you wish to use; 
either (small 0.5MB 'patch'), or (large 5.5MB 'patch').
Note: if you wish the improvements to the "Grand 
Touring(TM)" software product to include 'plugging of
the 'holes', (at the exit to the tunnel) at the 
Mountain Track' then you should use large 'patch' 
program . 
If you do NOT wish the improvements to the"Grand 
Touring(TM)" software product to include 'plugging 
of the 'holes', (at the exit to the tunnel) at the 
Mountain Track', but you wish to enjoy all of the 
other improvements listed above, then you may use
the small 'patch' program .
