This tool allows you to completely decompile any N1/ICR2/N2/N99 3do file, make changes, add things, remove things and then recompile to a new 3do file. Ever wonder how all those edits have been done by BB&B and many other experienced editors? NOTE - Use the tool to study the formats before asking questions. This is not a graphical editor so you will need some idea as to 3do file formats.
